KV2's new US Distribution with the Launch of VHD5.0

KV2 Audio has announced a new national distributor for the US, namely, New York based company PLUSMUSIC US Inc. Clients operating in the New York EDM market have already engaged PLUSMUSIC  to supply them with some large KV2 systems and that has aroused considerable interest in KV2 products.

Committed to providing the best possible support and service for KV2 Audio customers nationally, PLUSMUSIC US has engaged John Krupa’s  representative network, ISI and well known New York Sound Engineer, Simon Nathan has been contracted to oversee the brand and provide technical support. “In collaboration with ISI we have established a strong and credible team nationally to support and service the US market on behalf of KV2 Audio,” said Stefano from PLUSMUSIC US and continued, “KV2 continues to grow globally especially as more and more people discover the unquestionable sound quality of these products. Some of Europe’s most prestigious theatres are installing KV2 point source systems over market leading, high end line arrays. Here in New York our clients have created huge interest in KV2 Audio in the EDM market.”

The changes in Distribution also coincide with the release of VHD5.0 a large format concert system, which KV2 claims will change the face of large-scale sound reinforcement. Dave Croxton, Director of Sales at KV2 Audio stated, “With the development of the VHD5.0 Constant Power Point Source Array, KV2 has focused on creating a modular system that has minimal destructive interference when utilizing multiple components in a number of cabinets. High frequencies are carefully separated while the mid-range horns are coupled providing maximum output and coverage. VHD8.10 Low Mid Expansion Boxes are arrayed around the 5.0 Mid High enclosures providing the extra headroom needed to deliver the low mids and keep the sound balanced. In essence the system is pieced together to represent one very large point source rather than placing multiple narrow dispersion speakers next to each other such as those found in Line Arrays or other Point Source Arrays. Together with state of the art electronics specially designed to optimize output, the end result is extremely consistent audio reproduction over large distances with virtually no phase anomalies.”

Staff from PLUSMUSIC US and KV2 Audio will be on hand at Booth 685 during InfoComm 2015 in Orlando to unveil VHD5.0 to the US market and discuss the whole KV2 Audio range.

See you there!
