WARRANTY AND SERVICE INFORMATION KV2 AUDIO

KV2 Audio loudspeaker products and Electronics are covered by Warranty against manufacturing defects, materials or craftsmanship for the following periods:

All Loudspeaker components- 1 year from the original date of purchase

All Electronics- 3 years from the original date of purchase

Neither Warranty- nor KV2 Audio can be held responsible for any malfunction or defects that are caused by improper use, any unauthorised modifications, and operation within inclement conditions, accident, or act of god.

Failure to comply in accordance with specific instructions that are enclosed with products are not covered and KV2 Audio will not be liable for such damage.

To identify and confirm warranty status for any claim requires the product to be inspected by an authorised KV2 Audio service agent, distributor or returned to the factory with proof of purchase date. 

Any returned product/s for warranty claim must be in original packing or suitable alternative, shipping prepaid. 

Any products to be returned to the factory must have an authorised return no. and job ID with full information sheet completed. Products without the aforementioned will be refused delivery.
