KV2 Audio Demo Days 2024 Instructions

9 - 10 May 2024, Milevsko, Czech Republic

Dear Participants,

We're thrilled to welcome you to the KV2 Audio Demo Days 2024! To ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable experience, please take note of the following important information and schedule.

• As follow-up to this email all participants will receive dedicated instructions per hotel they're staying at as well as transfer details for the ones travelling by plane.
• All participants are staying at following locations in Tábor (very close to each other around old town square) 

• Hotel Nautilus (Žižkovo Náměstí 20, 390 01 Tábor)
• LH Hotel Dvořák Tábor (Hradební 3037, 390 01 Tábor)
• Hotel GRAND Tábor (nám. F. Křižíka 505/23, 390 01 Tábor)
• Penzion THIR (Provaznická 152, 390 01 Tábor)
• Staroměstský Penzion (Křížová 93, 390 01 Tábor)

• Joint dinners are organized on the 8th and 9th of May at Green Tree Restaurant (Arbeiterova 53, 390 01 Tábor) from 19:00 (ca 2 min from Nautilus)

Parking

• The parking options are limited in the centre of Tábor however all accommodation facilities have their own parking lots or they'll help you find one at the front desks 

Logistics

• For participants without cars, there will be shuttle bus (25 seat) waiting at 8:30 at Hotel Nautilus on the 9th and 10th of May
• Participants with cars will drive to KV2 Audio factory in Milevsko to be there at 9:30 (30 min drive from Tábor)

Daily schedule (identical for both days)

Venue 1 (Factory)

• 08:30 – 09:30 Transfer from the hotel
• 09:30 – 12:00 Factory tour + smaller systems demo
• 12:00 – 12:30 Transfer to Venue 2 (ca 7km)

Venue 2 (Outdoor demo)

• 13:00 – 14:00 Demo round 1 (VHD)
• 14:00 – 15:00 Lunch break
• 15:00 – 16:30 Demo round 2 (VHD5)
• 17:00 Transfer to the hotel
