Sound was at the centre of that experience from the start. The venue’s investors wanted a true concert-level listening experience, and after comparing several systems they selected KV2 Audio as the sound reinforcement partner for the Tongxiang location. The Czech manufacturer’s focus on high-definition, high-dynamic-range point source systems made it a natural fit for a room built around live performance.

The main system is built around KV2’s ES Series, combining ES1.0 three-way mid-high enclosures with ES2.5 double 15″ low-frequency enclosures to deliver powerful, precise front-of-house coverage. Because of the depth of the room, the same ES2.5 and ES1.0 combination is also deployed in the mid and rear zones as time-aligned delay systems, keeping level and clarity consistent from the front of the stage to the back of the venue. [[ESK – product to be confirmed]] systems complete the design, further evening out the sound field so that every corner of the room receives full, transparent sound without dead spots.

The result is a venue where the audience does not just hear the music but feels it. From the stage to the furthest table, the KV2 system gives Xiang Livehouse Tongxiang the clarity, impact and headroom needed for a nightly programme of live bands across genres, and underlines the venue’s ambition to set a new benchmark for live music in the region.
