KV2 Audio strengthens Central American presence with Costa Rica showcase hosted by Cubism Production

12/5/2026

San José, Costa Rica, May, 2026 -  KV2 Audio, a world-renowned leader in live sound technology, is expanding its presence in Central America following a successful demonstration event hosted by its distribution partner, Cubism Production, in Costa Rica. Cubism Production has operated in the Czech and Slovak markets since 2010, offering expert services in planning, monitoring, and implementing live event solutions, from mass music events and corporate parties to company presentations and trade fairs. Made up of creative and production professionals across various fields, the Cubism Production team delivers high-quality, flexible installations, even when faced with the most demanding requirements. The company is now expanding its operations as an official KV2 Audio distribution partner beyond Europe to Central America, launching this new chapter with a successful networking event and KV2 Audio demonstration at the Music Factory in San José.

“Since I first visited Costa Rica back in 2008 as a DJ, truly great sound quality has been hard to come by,” says Jakub Kubíček of Cubism Production. “Now, eighteen years later, I’m not DJing anymore, but at Cubism Production we are back in Costa Rica with KV2 Audio to bring unmatched sound quality to the Costa Rican market.

“I first came into contact with KV2 through a music venue in Prague, and they introduced me to what real sound could be,” Kubíček continues. “As an official supplier, having KV2 as part of our repertoire allows us to deliver high-performance audio to a range of indoor and outdoor installations. This event at the Music Factory was an amazing opportunity to introduce local audio professionals to the power and clarity of KV2 systems.”

Venue owners, sound engineers, producers from the electronic music scene and individuals with a passion for audio technology were invited to the Music Factory for an evening of networking and an immersive demonstration of KV2’s leading sound solutions. Max Clixby, KV2’s US Sales Representative, was in attendance, presenting an immersive demonstration of KV2’s ESD Cube system and ES Series system, accompanied by a holographic display of recent applications.

“We are very excited to be partnering with Jakub and his team to grow KV2’s presence in the Latin American market,” says Max Clixby. “This was a great event to kick off our activity in the region, and we were thrilled with the turnout.”

During the demonstration, a diverse playlist of Jazz, Pop, Americana, Salsa, Country, Hard Rock, and EDM showcased the dynamic range and quality of KV2’s loudspeakers to an audience of professionals working across nightclub, theatre, and other live event sectors. The relaxed atmosphere invited attendees to sit with a drink and experience the full impact of the sound systems, while exploring the ways KV2’s technology can be applied across a variety of real-world use cases as they interacted with peers in the audio community.

Also at the event was one of Costa Rica’s leading electronic music producers and DJs, Leonardo Falfan. “Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of playing in some of the top clubs around the world, producing music for some of the best artists of my generation, and listening to many of the world’s leading audio systems,” comments Falfan. “Experiencing KV2 Audio was truly mind-blowing. It completely changed my perspective on sound. Having the opportunity to present KV2 in Costa Rica and across Central America is an honour.”

As well as an excellent turnout, feedback from attendees clearly reflected the impact of KV2’s sound quality and compact system design. “Everyone was blown away by what they heard,” explains Jakub Kubíček. “People couldn’t believe that such powerful sound was coming from such a small box as the ESD Cube. They kept asking if we were playing additional sound from behind the curtain. Then when they heard the ES system, the whole room was in awe.”

“The reaction from guests was a clear testament to the scale and quality delivered by KV2 systems,” adds Clixby. “George Krampera Sr. felt we should judge our success based on the smiles on people’s faces, and using this as our criteria, we couldn’t have asked for a better response in Costa Rica.”

The Future of Sound. Made Perfectly Clear.
