SwissSkills Professional Championship 2018 with KV2 Audio

On Saturday 15th September 2018, the brilliant closing ceremony of the SwissSkills Professional Championships took place in the PostFinance Arena in Berne (Switzerland) with Sound reinforcement courtesy of KV2 Audio’s revolutionary VHD5.0 Constant Power Point Source Array.

The SwissSkills Foundation, in which all the relevant vocational training institutions are involved, promotes professional championships as an opportunity for a motivated and highly qualified generation of young professionals.

From the 12th to the 16th of September 2018, the SwissSkills Professional Championships once again offered the opportunity to discover 135 apprenticeships and look over the shoulders of the best young professionals at work and in competition.

The closing ceremony took place in the PostFinance Arena in Bern (Switzerland) with the VHD5.0 system and various other KV2 Audio equipment being deployed.

Federal Councillor Johann Schneider-Ammann congratulated the graduates of the vocational show and DJ Antoine, who produced the "SwissSkills" song, played a DJ set that evening.

Feedback from the technical crew at the closing ceremony: "The VHD5.0 system delivers what it promises, despite the physical characteristics of the large hall. Uniformity and angle of radiation are extremely precise. The concept of top and down angles is practical and allows easy readjustment. Acoustically, the Main and Side systems matched very well, resulting in an extremely harmonious sound."
