Frequented by familiar faces from hit reality TV show The Only Way is Essex, Faces is a staple of the Southern nightlife scene. Mirroring Ibiza-style parties, the venue became a popular night-spot in the ’90s, operating firstly as a members-only club, which went on to welcome the likes of Pharrell Williams and Lindsay Lohan. Recently, the venue revamped its guest experience with an all-new interior restyle and an audio-visual system designed and installed by West London-based, Middlesex Sound & Lighting (MSL).

The sleepy rural town of Kilkivan in Queensland, Australia, was recently transformed into a hive of activity as thousands of horse lovers – and their horses – descended for the first edition of Cowgirls Gathering; three days of interactive workshops and clinics with the worlds’ best educators, trade stalls, competitions, music, art and entertainment to celebrate the western lifestyle of women all over Australia and beyond. Production specialists Gigawatt Sound & Light based just north of Brisbane were contracted to supply clear, precise audio throughout the festival, which they chose to do with KV2.

The beautiful region of Emmental in Switzerland is doubtless better known for its famously holey cheese than for its music output; nevertheless, the gently rolling hills of Langnau provided a stunning backdrop for the first edition of the Modular Festival organised by DJ and producer, Michelle Kelly Leeman. For four days from 10-13 September, the lowing of cattle gave way to the sounds of psytrance and techno from an international roster of over 50 artists and DJs with music running non-stop across two stages.

The original TAXX club in Shanghai was one of the city’s largest clubs, boasting over 3000 sqm of partying space over two floors. KV2’s Chinese distributor, AVMedia based in Guangzhou City, designed and installed a state-of-the-art KV2 Audio system based on the powerful VHD2.0 long throw system supplemented by SL412s and several ESD12s. We’re thrilled to announce that KV2 Audio was honoured with no less than two prestigious Mondo*DR Awards this year.
