KV2 Audio continues to reinforce its presence in Central Europe with the appointment Megatone as the brand’s exclusive distributor in Hungary. Based just outside the Hungarian capital of Budapest, Megatone is one of the country’s largest full-service production companies supplying a wide range of markets from event production to broadcast, to corporate AV and much more. Alongside this Megatone also operates a thriving installation wing which handles AV installs from the initial project planning, to design, install and service. There is also a specialist lighting division and finally a distribution operation.

First opened in 1976, Amnesia has been voted Best Global Club no fewer than four times and is never far from the top five of DJ Magazine’s Top 100 Clubs list. This year its ratings have taken yet another boost with the inauguration of a brand new, state-of-the-art KV2 Audio sound system. Billed as ‘the most advanced sound system in the world,’ the new system is housed in the bigger of the 4000-capacity club’s two spaces, the Terrace; originally open to the elements, the Terrace now sports a roof but remains a light and airy space famous for its sunrise sessions, flooding with sunlight as night becomes day.
Read more »The Den is a brand new pop-up theatre that forms a key part of the Royal Exchange theatre’s local exchange programme. Funded by a generous £1M gift from the Oglesby Charitable Trust, this unique and inventive performance space was designed by the award-winning architectural studio, Haworth Tompkins as an informal space-within-a-space for residents to make and share theatre and to see work from the Royal Exchange. Pro audio specialists, Autograph Sales & Installations, provided key elements of the sound reinforcement equipment for the new space including seven EX10 compact, full range active loudspeaker systems from KV2 Audio, and an Allen & Heath Qu-16 rackmountable digital mixer.
